Flush vCenter 8 appliance DNS using dnsmasq

Posted on January 29, 2024January 31, 2024 by virtadmin

I faced an issue while was working on a vCenter, because the record was created with a wrong IP address, when I changed the record it took a lot of time to understand the change in DNS server.

Therefore I found this command to flush dns client in vCenter Appliance.

$ sudo killall -HUP dnsmasq
